-No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts or no-shows.

-By registering your child, you grant NXTLVL Hockey permission to use photographs or video taken during programs for promotional or educational purposes (e.g. website, social media, or print materials), unless you request otherwise in writing before the program begins.
